Delivery Policy

All our deliveries are to the UK.  

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days and deliver from 2 working days up to 10 working days depending on the item and availability.

Orders are shipped via a secure courier delivery company.

Delivery Charges:

For orders under £75.00 - £4.99 - for 2 to 5 day delivery. Please note certain items may take a little longer but we will inform you if that is going to be the case.

Orders over £75.00 - FREE 2 to 5 day delivery. Please note certain items may take a little longer but we will inform you if that is going to be the case.

We can deliver to Eire, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Isles, but these areas will incur a delivery surcharge.  If you are ordering from Ireland or any of the postcodes below, please email us for postage costs prior to placing your order.

AB30-38, AB41-56, IM1 - IM9 (And other Isle of Man codes), IV1-20, IV25-28, IV30-37, IV40, IV52-54, IV63, FK19-21, KW1-3, KW5-10, PA21-40, PH30-41, PH49-50.  Islands: affected postcodes - BT, JE, GY, IM, HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, ZE1-3.  Please note we cannot guarantee next day delivery to these postcodes.

For all deliveries, except Letter Post and Small parcels, please ensure there is someone at the address to accept delivery.

All goods are subject to availability.  We are unable to guarantee availability from stock for all our products.  We generally hold stock of most items but on occasions stock may not be available due to circumstances beyond our control.  If an item is 'out of stock' it will be flagged up to you during the order process, please contact us for expected delivery dates.

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders/items can be cancelled at any time.

Should your delivery arrive short of any items on the pack note or are not the correct items ordered by you, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If we receive no such notification, you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.


In the unlikely event you receive your item and it is damaged, we will refund or send you a replacement item, after we have received and assessed the item.  It must be returned at your cost.  If it is found that the item(s) have been damaged deliberately, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

If we do not receive notifcation, you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase and we are proud of our range and of the advice we offer.  If, however, your order proves unsuitable, it may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange if returned to us within 7 days of receipt.  Returns are subject to the following conditions.

  • Items should be returned to us carriage paid.
  • Items are received in a saleable condition.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition to obtain a refund.
  • Items must be in their original, supplied packaging and in good condition.  We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging if it is damaged or defaced.
  • All returns are to be sent with the sender's name and address, account number, order reference number, invoice number and the reason for the return.

Please help us to help you by supplying this information.

When returning items, we cannot accept liability for undelivered parcels.  Please retain your proof of postage etc as you may need this if you have to claim from your carrier.
