Ordering Help

Thank you for visiting us at ContinentalRider.com.  We have designed our website to be as user friendly as possible.  However, we understand you may have questions regarding the ordering/payment procedure.

We currently use 'PayPal Pro' as our sole payment service provider.

To place an order please see steps below - please note the language used on this site is English:

  1. Add items to the shopping basket
  2. Click on the checkout button which will then ask you to check-out as a guest, create a new account if you are a new customer, or login if you have ordered from us before.
  3. To create a new account simply enter your contact address details and email address, account confirmation and any orders you place will be sent to this email address, so please be sure to get this right. If you do not receive an email from us it may be worth checking your SPAM settings as we may have accidently been thrown in there!  Please remember to make a note of your password or click the 'forgot password' tab.
  4. You are able to choose a delivery address during the payment process.

Finally you will be asked for payment information. It is important to note that we DO NOT store or see your credit card information at all. All the credit card information you enter is sent dirctly to Paypal - they will process your card details and send both us and you confirmation of the payment.

How do I know the order has been placed?

You'll know the order has been placed when you reach a page that displays the following message: "Thank you--we have received your order". Later you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail.

If your credit or debit card is declined

Note: only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.

Where is my order?

If you recently placed an order and you're wondering why you haven't received it yet, you should first check whether we've dispatched it to you:

  1. Click on Your Account at the top of any page, sign in to your account by entering your email address and password.
  2. Go to your Order History to review the order status of all your orders both open and dispatched.
  3. Click the order details you're wondering about. You should see status details of the order you're expecting.


Note: if you can't find the order in Your Account, it may be that you didn't place it successfully. Click "View Basket" at the top of any page and see if the items you wanted to order are still there. If they are, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and place your order. If you can't find the order in Your Account or in your shopping basket, please check whether you have ordered using a different e-mail address, or the same e-mail address with a different password.
